Canonically documents that The Tower (the-matrix/ in token-gated-economy, served at /tower) IS the Workshop 3D renderer.

Changes:

  • ADR-023: Added "The Tower Is the Workshop" section with data flow diagram and #372 cross-reference
  • world.py: Updated module docstring to reference The Tower
  • workshop_state.py: Updated module docstring to reference The Tower

Fixes #372
